Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the product to us and we will evaluate to either repair or replace the item or credit your account. This is subject to Leek Plumbing Terms which applies to products purchased from Leek Plumbing.

Requirements for Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns:

Refunds:

  • On request, all refunds are processed for payment within 14-21 working days. Refund lead times are subject to stock return validation. Standard banking transfer lead times apply.

Requirements for Exchanges and Returns:

Returns: Subject to:

  • The Product (s) requires to be in original packaging, sealed and good condition and unused.
  • All accessories and parts are to be returned with the product. We will only credit/ refund you in respect of items returned.
  • A 10% handling fee will be charged for returns, depending on the size of the product. An admin fee of R450, plus courier fees if the 7- day return is exceeded and the packaging has been tampered with.
  • Refunds are made to the payment method that was originally used.
  • Leek Plumbing reserves the right to accept return of goods, we do not accept returns of products that have been installed, tampered with or damaged.
  • Upon return, the unit will have to be inspected by our workshop, and once they accept the product for return, a refund will be arranged (minus the handling fee).
  • A return is logged within 7-days of receipt to info@leekplumbing.co.za, product defects resulting from normal wear and tear will not entitle you to return the product.
  • Leek Plumbing is not responsible for the de-installation of Air Conditioners/ Swimming Pool Heat Pumps. Alternatively, Leek Plumbing standard de-installation rates apply.
  • Spares or PC Boards are not accepted for returns or replacements.
  • Cancellations of installations will be charged at our standard call out rates if the technician was on site.
  • If all of the accessories and parts are not returned with the product that was sold, we are entitled not to accept the return (subject to applicable law). If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Leek Plumbing.

Exchanges: Subject to:

  • Product (s) requires to be in original packaging, sealed and good condition and unused.

Cancellations:

  • The Provision of goods and services by Leek Plumbing online is subject to availability. In the cases of unavailability, Leek Plumbing will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation by the client will attract a 10% admin Fee.
